• IVA is included in all prices.
  
  
• We offer free delivery to your door between Malaga and Marbella and the surrounding areas for all pet food orders of 15kg or more. Any smaller items that are ordered will be delivered by the delivery method chosen at the checkout, unless they are ordered and delivered together with a pet food order.

• Note: Any small items which are being delivered as part of a pet food order that have incurred a delivery charge through the ordering process, will have the delivery charge removed or refunded if the delivery charge has already been paid for. Any items that qualify for FREE DELIVERY will have a small charge of €0.60 added (per order) for packaging.
  
  
• Any smaller items that are to be delivered by the delivery method chosen at the checkout will incur a delivery/handling charge and the order total must be paid by PayPal. Purchases can only be dispatched once payment for the total amount has reached our PayPal account.
  

• We are happy to offer pet food deliveries outside of our designated delivery area, but an extra transportation/delivery charge will apply and delivery times will vary depending on distance and the quantity of items ordered. We can also have pet food orders delivered directly to your local Post Office for you to pick up. Please contact us for further details.
  
  
• For website orders only, a 5% discount will be given if 2 - 9 bags of any pet food (or any mix of pet food) is ordered, and a 10% discount will be given if 10 or more bags of any pet food (or any mix of pet food) is ordered. This discount will be reflected on your invoice when your items are delivered. (Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or discount coupons available from time to time on our website or advertising media).
  
  
• Payment can be made by Cash on Delivery or PayPal for pet food orders and PayPal only for small items dispatched by the delivery method chosen at the checkout. An invoice will be supplied together with your order.
  
  
• If you do not receive your order in a reasonable period of time, please email us with your name, telephone number and item details. We will then email you a copy of our proof of posting certificate for your information. It will be the responsibility of the customer to contact their local post office regarding items lost in transit.
  
  
• Payment by PayPal is a very convenient, safe and reliable method of payment, you do not need an account, and you can pay by most major credit cards. An invoice will be supplied together with your order.
  
  
• NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE - If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item(s) purchased from us, you can return it in its original condition within 7 working days from the date you received it, we will then issue you a refund for the item(s) minus the delivery charge (if applicable).
  
  
• If you wish to return any item(s) to us, send us an email with "Returns" in the subject line and include your name, the item(s) to be returned, the date of purchase and the reason for return. We will then send you an RMA number and details of where the item(s) can be returned. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are delivered to us safely as we are unable to give any refunds if the item(s) are lost in transit.
  
  
• We will refund your payment in full after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

• Special Offers are available from time to time on our website and are offered on a per order basis.
