The weather held up and the sun was shining to make it a great day for all participants. There were 10 contestants and 10 prizes, so everybody won something. The first and second prizes were a 15kg bag and a 2.5kg bag of Autarky dog food sponsored by us. UK to Relax Pet Entry Rules The UK is set to bring its pet movement laws into line with the rest of the European Union from 1st January 2012. The requirement for pets to spend six months in quarantine will no longer be necessary because of vastly improved rabies vaccines and treatments, but all pets will still be required to be vaccinated against rabies. Pets from the EU and other non-EU countries such as the USA and Australia will no longer need a blood test and will be able to travel after 21 days. Also, tick treatment for pets returning to the UK will no longer be required. Thats good then. Bargain Basement We often have damaged bags of food when we have a delivery. The damage to these bags is often only a tear or rip. Badly damaged bags are rebagged and we can guarantee that there will be no loss of contents from these bags. These damaged bags can be purchased for a 20% discount from our Special Offers section. Free delivery still applies within our delivery area. Customer Referral Scheme We have now introduced a Customer Referral Scheme, which is open to all of our existing customers as well as new customers. If any of our customers refers a friend or relative who makes a purchase from us, they will receive a 10% discount off of their next order.
